Matcha Chocolate

Matcha Chocolate
Ingredients
  • Matcha(For mixing)
    1 tablespoon
  • Matcha(For coating)
    As needed
  • White chocolate
    90g
  • Fresh cream
    70g
How to make
  • (1) Break up the white chocolate, put it in a bowl, and melt it in a bath of hot water (bain-marie).
  • (2) Warm the fresh cream in a microwave. Add the matcha to it a little at a time, and mix until smooth.
  • (3) Add (2) to (1) and mix well.
  • (4) Place a sheet of baking paper onto a smallish cake mold and pour (3) into the mold.
  • (5) Chill for 2-3 hours in a refrigerator.
  • (6) After the cake hardens, remove it from the mold and cut it into blocks.
  • (7) Coat the cake with matcha using a sieve, and serve.

Green Tea Sake

Green Tea Sake
Ingredients
  • WA-IN Sencha with Matcha teabag
    1 pack
  • Hot water
    30cc
  • Water
    70cc
  • Ice
    As needed
How to make
  • (1) Place the WA-IN Sencha with Matcha teabag in a cup, and pour in hot water.
  • (2) Move the teabag up and down. When the water turns green, remove the teabag and add cold water.
  • (3) Add the sake to (2), and mix gently.
  • (4) Add ice as needed, and serve.
